Everyone deserves a safe and affordable place to live, in a neighborhood that provides opportunities to get ahead. Mayor Mike Spano and the City of Yonkers have a strong commitment to affordable housing and have made affordable housing a top priority for its residents.
The Department of Planning and Development along with the Office of Constituent Services works with real estate professionals, developers and community sponsors who rent apartments and homes at affordable prices to low and moderate incomes households, individuals and seniors.
