Skating Lessons

Skating lesson programs are available for all ages and levels of ability at Murray's Skating Center. The center can serve the needs of all interested in learning to skate ages four through adult.

The Program consists of weekly 30 minute classes. Ice Skating Lessons are offered from September - April, and Roller Skating Lessons are offered from May - August. Murray's Skating Center operates an ISI (Ice Skating Institute) Program that groups skaters according to ability and experience. Registrations are accepted until programs are filled and a wide variety of days and times are available. More advanced skaters can test and move into higher levels of instruction. Public freestyle and open hockey sessions are also scheduled on a regular basis.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons are also available from any member of our instructional staff. Speak to your favorite instructor to arrange for private lessons.

Skating Events

Many special events enhance the program throughout the season. At the conclusion of our ice season, all participants are invited to display their talents by participating in our “Annual Ice Skating Show”. The skating show combines the efforts of students, parents and staff to produce a professional style skating show complete with costumes, scenery and choreography. Nothing can match the excitement a student experiences by performing in front of an enthusiastic audience.
