There’s always a place for you at Yonkers Parks, regardless of your age or fitness level. You can kayak on the Hudson River or walk along our waterfront esplanade, relax in your neighborhood park and take in the stunning scenery at Untermyer Gardens.
There are miles of biking, fitness and walking trails to enjoy and dozens of recreation programs offered by our professional Parks Department staff.

Register for our Fall Aquatics Session 2019 ! Water Testing will take place on Monday, September 9, 2019 between 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Mark Twain Pool located at 160 Woodlawn Avenue, Yonkers. Registration for the Fall 2019 aquatics session begins on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 8:00 pm online. Classes begin the week of September 16th.

Donations to Yonkers Parks
The City of Yonkers Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department provides the opportunity for members of our community to donate or dedicate trees, benches or other parks amenities within our park system. In order to allow for a coordinated and consistent program for soliciting and recognizing contributions, we have established the following guidelines.
Community Recreation Scholarship Application
