THE CITY Real Estate Property Taxes are paid in three equal installments:
1st payment due date will always vary based on when the City budget is adopted. Once adopted* (usually in June) taxes are due 30 days from then.
2nd installment due date is always October 6th (unless October 6th falls on a weekend)
- 3rd installment is always due on January 6th of the following year (unless January 6th falls on a weekend)
The COUNTY Real Estate Property Taxes are paid in one installment:
- County Tax bill is usually adopted sometime in March and due 30 days from then.
2019/2020 CITY TAX BILL INSTALLMENT DATES:
1st installment: July 13, 2020
2nd installment: October 6, 2020
3rd installment: January 6, 2021

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The City of Yonkers mails one (1) City tax bill and one (1) County tax bill per year. If you do not receive your City tax bill by July or your County bill by April please call the Tax Office.
