“Our residents will always remain our priority here in the City of Yonkers and, as Mayor, I am aware that it can be difficult to travel to City Hall during the day.” said Mayor Mike Spano. “Our Satellite Tax Offices provide residents with an alternative location that’s close to their home and in their neighborhood.”
In addition to accepting tax payments, the Assessment Department and the Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services will be on hand to serve as a one-stop shop for residents and offer assistance with a wide range of issues. Constituent Services works one-on-one with residents and serves as a link between the public and City government.
For more information, residents can contact the Office of Constituent Services at (914) 377-6010 during regular business hours. Residents can also contact the Mayor’s Help Line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 377-HELP (4357) for assistance.
