TAX ASSESSMENT - Analyzes units of new construction or changes to current property in order to update the city's annual assessment rolls. Assists with all applications for exemption and maintains Tax maps. Public may examine assessed valuation of properties. 

TAXATION, DEPARTMENT OF - Processes property taxes and water bills. Open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Taxes may be paid at City Hall, 40 South Broadway, second floor.

TRAFFIC COURT - located at the Cacace Justice Center, 104 South Broadway. Family Court is at 53 South Broadway. 377-6374

TRAFFIC LIGHTS - Maintenance and repair of traffic lights and signals are a function of the Traffic Engineering Division of the Engineering Department. To report an outage or malfunctioning traffic signal, call 377-4357.

TRAFFIC SIGNS - Traffic Engineering Division of the Engineering Division is responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of signs, 377-6210.

TRANSIENT PERMIT - Issued through the Consumer Protection Agency.

TRANSPORTATION, DEPARTMENT OF - Westchester County Department of Transportation, 285-5600.

TRAPPING LICENSE - Issued through the office of the City Clerk.

TREE REMOVAL - Tree and stump removal is a function of the Shade Tree Division of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation. To report a fallen tree 377-4357.
