City Hall Closed Friday, 2/12, and Monday, 2/15, for Public Holidays

Offices at Yonkers City Hall will be closed on Friday, February 12, in observance of Lincoln's Birthday and Monday, February 15, in observance of Presidents Day. As a result, all city services, with the exception of police and fire, will be on a holiday schedule for that day. The following is a list of services that will be affected:

• All city offices, other than police and fire services, will be closed.
• No garbage pick-up on Friday, Feb. 12.
• Garbage pick-up on Monday, Feb. 15, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 16.
• Tuesday's garbage will be picked up on Wednesday, Feb. 17.
• Wednesday's recycling (paper) will be picked up on Thursday, Feb. 18.
• Thursday's garbage will be picked up on Friday, Feb. 19.
• Alternate side of the street parking will be suspended.
• Meters will be in effect.
