HOPE is a not-for-profit social services agency that provides emergency housing, relocation & eviction prevention services to homeless & low-income families throughout Westchester County. Our Career Voyage program provides an after school/summer education, training and employment program for in and out of school age youth from 13-21. Together Again is a Visitation Program that assists families whose children reside in out-of-home care, reunify with their families back into the community.
