YONKERS, NY – March 7, 2016 – Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano today announced he once again will launch the Mayor’s Satellite Tax Office on Tuesday March 15th at Grinton I. Will Library (1500 Central Park Avenue); Wednesday, March 16th at Coyne Park Community Center (777 McLean Avenue); and Thursday, March 17th at Homefield House (911 Saw Mill River Road).

Members of the Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services and the City’s Finance Department will be available from 9:00 am – 7:30 pm all three days to meet with Yonkers residents and accept county tax payments. County taxes are due March 25, 2016.

“We are again bringing City Hall directly to the constituents and offering assistance to pay county taxes. For many of our Yonkers residents, seniors especially, it can be difficult to visit City Hall during the day, which is why our Satellite Office has been a such a huge success,” said Mayor Mike Spano.

In addition to accepting tax payments, the Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services will be on hand to serve as a one-stop shop for residents and offer assistance with a wide range of issues. The Office works one-on-one with residents and serves as a link between the public and government agencies at the city, state and federal levels.

For more information, residents can contact the Office of Constituent Services at (914) 377-6010 during regular business hours. Residents can also contact the Mayor’s Help Line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 377-HELP (4357) for assistance.
